Terms & Conditions

Bookings need to be made and confirmed minimum 24 hours prior to pick-up.

Punctuality. If you are late for your collection time and therefore affecting others using the same service, we will try to contact you. If we cannot contact you and you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without refund.

Luggage. All care is taken with your luggage and equipment but no responsibility for damage or loss is taken. We recommend you have your own travel insurance.

Safety. We reserve the right to cancel a shuttle due to road safety or for any other reason. If this occurs, we may change the destination or give a full refund at our discretion.

Cancellations. If you cancel more than 7 days before your booking pick-up date, there will be no charge. Within 7 days of pick-up date, you will incur a charge of 20% price of booking. Cancellations within 24 hours or a 'no show' on the day of booking incur full charge of booking.

Changes to bookings. Destination and date changes may be made up to 24 hours before the date of booking. Changes are subject to availability and dependent on pre-existing bookings.
